Kimpton Angler'S Hotel South Beach By Ihg, Miami Beach

My stay at the hotel was such a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were well-decorated and cozy, providing me with the comfort I needed. However, it felt a bit like they were trying to sell everything under the sun in there which was a bit off-putting. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going the extra mile to make sure I had a great time, but the dining options left me wanting more, especially for the price I paid. The location was excellent, within a short walk to the beach, but the ongoing construction work nearby was a bit of a nuisance.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful and kind, especially with the children at the patio pool. The dining experience was lovely, especially being able to sit outside near the pool and having everything within walking distance for a day of sightseeing.

Upon check-in, our room wasn't ready at first, but when we got to our final room, we were pleased with the perfectly appointed accents matching our taste. The wrap-around deck allowed us to adjust the furniture for a better view, enhancing our stay. The staff was helpful with recommendations, and the service was impeccable. The location was incredibly central, giving us quick access to the beach and local stores while maintaining a sense of exclusivity. The dining options were slightly pricey, but we made do by exploring nearby restaurants and stores. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
